BT announces partnership with Goals Soccer Centres
Goals Soccer Centres to roll out BT Sport and BT Wi-fi across all 43 sites
BT and Goals Soccer Centres have entered into a partnership that will result in BT Sport and BT Wi-fi being introduced to all 43 Goals Soccer Centres nationwide. The deal will see BT Sport shown in every Goals facility and free BT Wi-fi available for Goals’ customers.
Keith Rogers, CEO at Goals said, “We are proud to announce our partnership with BT. Our 130,000 weekly players will now be able to enjoy big screen sports action, compliments of BT Sport and get the latest score online with BT Wi-fi”.

The combined proposition of BT Sport and BT Wi-fi delivers a perfect solution for Goals and their players. They can now view all the action, including Barclays Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League football, and with Goals recent investment in on-line and social media, there is no better partnership.

The BT Sport Pack includes BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2 and ESPN, all available in both
standard definition and high definition.
The BT Wi-fi service will be rolled out across the 43 Goals Soccer Centres from April 2013. Once they have chosen “Goals Free Wi-fi” on their device, customers can get online in one click. They will then be able to access the internet via any wireless-enabled smartphone or tablet. Players will be able to check out their teams’ fixtures, form and standing in their tables on the Goals app using BT Wi-fi.
BT has the largest wi-fi network in the UK, with over 5 million hotspots. BT Wi-fi hotspots are free to more than six million BT broadband home and business customers. They are found at homes, independent businesses, city centres as well as well-known brands including Starbucks, Hilton and Thistle hotels, Welcome Break and Roadchef service stations, shopping centres across the UK plus Network Rail stations.
