BT Sport makes Exeter Chiefs v Bath Rugby available for all

BT Sport has today announced that it will be making this Saturday’s Aviva Premiership Rugby clash between Exeter Chiefs and Bath Rugby available for anyone to watch. Viewers in the UK and Northern Ireland can watch the game online at btsport.com or on Sky and Virgin TV. BT Sport subscribers on BT TV will be able to watch as usual. 

Viewers can watch Exeter Chiefs v Bath Rugby on BT TV (507/510/58), Sky (413/426), Virgin (547/549) from 3pm – 5:30pm this Saturday (3.15pm kick off). Anyone can watch the game online by going to btsport.com/freerugby

Making games available for all to watch has proved to be extremely popular, our last free game Gloucester v Worcester achieved an average in match audience of 134,000. BT Sport is free with BT Broadband. TV customers require a set top box: for BT TV customers this is a YouView box with BT Infinity, for Sky TV customers this is via Sky’s digital satellite platform. Customers taking BT 

Sport via Sky’s digital satellite platform can access the channels with just one call to BT. TV customers who receive the channels via BT TV with BT Infinity or on the Sky digital satellite platform have the option of receiving the channels in HD for just £3 a month. Virgin Media XL TV customers can access BT Sport as part of their packages; Virgin Media also offers the channels as a standalone premium service to TV customers who do not take the XL pack. 

Customers without BT Broadband can also receive the channels through the Sky Digital Satellite platform for £15 per month in high definition or £12 in standard definition. There is no requirement for customers to take a Sky TV subscription as BT Sport is retailed by BT.
